►
In the event that hydraulic fluid gets onto parts of your body or clothing,
immediately remove the clothing and take the safety precautions or
appropriate measures as described in the safety data sheet for the
hydraulic fluid and/or the company guidelines of the employer/owner/
user.
►
Hydraulic fluid gets very hot during operation of the machine. Risk of
burns during checks. Allow the machine components to cool down prior
to possible contact.
►
Always wear the appropriate protective clothing or use the personal pro‐
tective equipment.
►
Leaks in the hydraulic system, e. g. cracks/holes in hydraulic lines, must
never be covered by body parts. This can lead to serious or even fatal
injuries. Leaks must be properly rectified immediately.
3.15 Safe working on electrical systems
The machine carries voltages that can lead to serious injuries if the safety
regulations are not complied with.
The following must be complied with when working on electrical systems:
n Do not jumper or bypass electrical switching elements, since malfunc‐
tions resulting from this can have potentially extremely dangerous
effects.
n There is always a possibility of residual voltages being present on parts
of the electrical system.
