3.11 General safety regulations
The operating personnel must comply with the following when using the
machine:
n Safety regulations of the manufacturer for safe use of the machine.
n Safety regulations of the owner/user.
n Regional specifications and regulations on safety in the workplace and
for avoiding environmental pollution.
The owner/user is responsible for safe use in accordance with the desig‐
nated use.
The following safety and warning instructions have been worked out
according to the information available to the manufacturer. They should not
be expected to be comprehensive. Local or country-specific safety regula‐
tions as well as special specifications on accident prevention apply in addi‐
tion to this list.
The owner/user of this machine must supplement the following general
safety instructions with the particular local specifications for the area of use.
