Specialist personnel are personal employed by the owner/user or who have
been authorized by the owner/user to carry out the work.
Electrician
An electrician is a person who, as a result of his/her technical training, pos‐
sesses knowledge and experience of electrical systems. In addition, the
electrician must have knowledge of the relevant and applicable standards
and regulations, as well as being able to assess the work that is assigned to
him/her and to recognize and avoid possible dangers.
2.2.3 Usage/storage
The documentation must be kept at the application location of the machine
so it can be accessed at all time.
The documentation must be passed on if the machine is sold.
