2.7 Warranty and liability
The "General terms and conditions of delivery and business" of
Bergmann Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG apply in all cases.
Bergmann Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG will not accept warranty and lia‐
bility claims for personal injury and damage to property if these are attribut‐
able to one or more of the following causes:
n Failure to use the machine in accordance with its designated use
n Failure to comply with the instructions, mandatory instructions and pro‐
hibitions in this documentation
n Independent structural changes to the machine
n Incorrect operation of the machine
n Incorrect or non-proficient connection of electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic
components
n Use of accessories or spare parts that have not been approved or sup‐
plied by Bergmann Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG
n Use of incorrect/unapproved service products
n Defective monitoring of parts subject to wear
n Incorrectly performed maintenance work, and/or maintenance work not
carried out at the correct time
n Catastrophes due to external influences and force majeure
