Damaged attachment eyes are not allowed to be used until the defects have
been rectified.
Coordinate the working method for the lift and establish responsibilities in a
clearly understood manner.
Wear gloves when handling ropes. Do not use any twisted, frayed, kinked or
otherwise damaged attachment ropes.
Attach the ropes so that the spread angle (2) between the sections of rope
is as small as possible. The smaller the spread angles, the greater the safe
working load (1) of the ropes.
Before lifting subassemblies, components or the entire machine, make sure
that all ropes have an even tension.
Before lifting subassemblies, components or the entire machine, check
whether accessories and other parts have been attached safely to prevent
the risk of accidents.
6.6 Transporting on low loader and by railway
As a result of the increased wear of the track undercarriage, the machine is
not designed for driving long distances on roads.
