The round tipping trough is used for holding, transporting and tipping loose
bulk materials. The round tipping trough can be swiveled left or right out of
the direction of travel by up to 90°.
The trough (1) is connected to the swivel frame (5) by the
swivel frame/

pivots (3). The tipping movement is carried out via the
trough
lifting
cylinder (7). The hydraulic cylinders are connected to the trough and to the
swivel frame by pins. When lowered, the trough rests on the blocks (8).
The swivel frame is connected to the machine frame (6) by the swing
bearing. The swivel movement is executed by the swivel cylinders in the
frame, which are connected to the swivel console below the swing bearing.
Proximity switches monitor and control the position of the swivel frame.
When raised, the trough can be secured with the supports (4) to prevent it
from moving downwards inadvertently.
The trough provided with lashing eyes (2) in order to secure the load if
required.
