Unless specified otherwise in this documentation, protective devices are
never allowed to be removed, bypassed or rendered unusable.
Only start the machine if you know how to switch it off again!
Only take the machine into operation or work on it if you have received
corresponding training, authorization and instruction in how the machine
operates.
The movement area on and around the machine, as well as the escape
route, must be kept free of objects so as to avoid any risk of stumbling
and to allow rapid evacuation if necessary.
Listen for unusual noises during operation of the machine since these
indicate that a malfunction has started which could result in a potentially
dangerous situation.
Use suitable lifting equipment when working with heavy subassemblies
so as to avoid injuries, particularly to the spine.
Lift heavy objects with your knees bent and a straight back.
Always wear appropriate protective equipment during assembly, mainte‐
nance and process work.
Cleaning or maintenance work must be carried out correctly.
When working with and on the machine, only use appropriate and
undamaged tools, as well as suitable auxiliary materials.
Defective tools can cause injuries.
Do not leave tools lying on or inside the machine during work. Tools
could become dangerous objects and damage the machine.
