4.2.3 Defining the First Application
In indiGO different measurement methods (e.g. luminescence measurement, fluorescence
measurement) are defined by diverse applications. For an application the measurement mode,
the exposure time, the measurement sequence and the filter settings, if available, can be as-
signed.
To set up an application in indiGO Administor access rights are necessary. If this is not guaran-
teed the function to define an application is not available to rule out faulty operations.
To set up a new application refer to <Applications & Templates> <Measuring Templates>.
Select <New Measuring Template> from the <Measuring Templates> context menu.
indiGO starts the wizard and you first have to enter a name for the application you want to de-
fine. You can also add a descriptive comment. Due to the windows file and path name conven-
tions special characters such as < > ? " : | \ / * . are not allowed.
