There is a fault in the NIM (Network Interface
Module): refer to the instruction manual
supplied with the NIM.
WARNING 12101
There is a fault in the Tool Interface Card in the
iH Interface Module. Refer to the instruction
manual supplied with the iH Interface Module.
WARNING 15101
There is a fault in the Auxiliary Interface Card
in the iH Interface Module.
Refer to the instruction manual supplied with
the iH Interface Module.
WARNING 15201
The gate valve connected to the iH Interface
Module has failed to close.
WARNING 15301
The gate valve connected to the iH Interface
Module has failed to open.
