Please note:
The requirement for
smooth running of the
conveyor medium and the
workpiece pallet is:
• Glide profi les and guide
profi le are cut and
deburred at right angles.
• All transitions of the
guide profi le are provided
with a chamfer.
• At the start and the end
of the section, the guide
profi le protrudes by 5 mm
in each case in order to
bridge the adapter plates
for mounting of the drive
unit or return unit.
Please note:
• With the previous section
profi les, the glide profi les
are disassembled and
assembled for repair at
the front.
• With the new section
profi les, the glide
profi les are disassembled
and assembled from
above without fi rst
disassembling the
return unit/drive head.
