Recalibrate the robot.
Replacing the X-axis Timing Belt
Electrical Shock
Working with energized equipment may cause electrical shock and may result in serious
injury or death.

Remove the AC power before replacing the X-axis Timing Belt.
Tools Required
l
3.0 mm hex driver or hex L wrench
l
2.0 mm hex driver or hex L wrench
l
Loctite 243
To replace the X-axis timing belt, perform the following procedure:
Step Action
1.
It is not necessary to remove the Z-axis for this procedure.
The Z-axis has been removed in the picture below for clarity.
