5.5 Setting nozzle space
Set the clearance between the nozzle and nozzle lower roller in accordance with the thickness of the cloth being glued.
Set the nozzle clearance to the smallest value so that there is no resistance when the cloth is moved back and forth.
Example 1: If nozzle space is too large
The glue application will become uneven.
Example 2: If nozzle space is too small
Upper cloth and lower cloth are uneven.
