12.3.2 Setting the light intensity
Carry out this adjustment without setting any cloth in place.
1. Turn on the power switch to start the bonding machine.
2. Press the NOZZLE switch to lower the nozzle to its lowest position.
3. Check the values for the upper cloth and lower cloth sensor amplifiers in the incoming light display.
Check that the incoming light display for both amplifiers is within the range of 3500 to 4000. If they are outside this range,
carry out the operations in the following steps 4 and 5.
4. Operate the upper cloth and lower cloth sensor amplifiers as described below, and display "Switch emitter power" to adjust
the values. Adjust the emitter power so that the values appearing in the incoming light display of the amplifier are within
the range of 3500 to 4000.
NOTE:
Set the emitter power to 70 or less.
