11 PART REPLACEMENT METHOD
11.1 Replacing the nozzle
NOTE:
If there is any glue remaining inside the nozzle, it may cause blockages, and it will not be possible to reuse the nozzle. Always
be sure to charge the bonding machine with cleaner while referring to the procedure in "9.2" before replacing the nozzle.
1. Press the key to display the test screen.
2. Press the NOZZLE switch to raise the nozzle to its highest position.
3. Remove the two screws.
NOTE:
Parts may be hot, so be sure to wear protective gloves when carrying out this operation.
4. Remove the nozzle.
