5. Install the new nozzle, and then provisionally tighten the two screws so that the nozzle can still be turned by hand.
NOTE:
Take care so that the reflector on top of the nozzle does not peel off.
6. Adjust the amount of clearance between the nozzle and the upper cloth plate to 0.4 mm, and then fully tighten the two
screws to secure the nozzle.
NOTE:
If the nozzle and the upper cloth plate are touching, the upper cloth plate will become hot.
7. Remove the screw from the removed nozzle, and then remove the nozzle cover.
8. Use the removed screw to install the nozzle cover to the new nozzle.
9. Press the NOZZLE switch to lower the nozzle by one step.
10. Touch to display the home screen.
11. If the gluing widths of the nozzle which was removed in step 4 and the nozzle which was installed in step 5 are different,
adjust the upper roller position and the sensor position. Refer to "12.1.2" for details on the adjustment method.
