7 GLUING STOP METHOD
7.1 Stopping the machine
When stopping gluing, attach the cap to the nozzle and discharge the air from inside the nozzle in order to prevent the glue
inside the nozzle from solidifying.
1. Display the home screen.
2. Press the key to display shutdown procedure screen.
3. If the nozzle is in the gluing position, press the NOZZLE switch to raise the nozzle to the up position.
4. Use a cloth or similar to wipe off any glue and foreign particles from the surface of the nozzle (in particular the discharge
hole side (1)).
5. Use a cloth or similar to wipe off any glue and foreign particles from the plastic surfaces of the nozzle cap (2).
Note: Be sure to wipe off any residual glue, otherwise it might cause the nozzle to become blocked.
