8.2 End detection
This function uses a sensor to detect the end of the lower cloth while gluing is being carried out, in order to stop the discharge
of glue automatically.
[End glue-free length setting method]
Change the setting value for memory switch No.531.
Adjust to a suitable value based on "21 - Glue-free length".
Refer to ā3.5ā for details on the memory switch setting method.
NOTE:
The initial setting is for glue to be applied for the duration that the edge control roller is pressing the cloth.
If the glue-free length is changed to a smaller setting, the cloth will be separated from the edge control roller, and so for some
types of cloth, the cloth may slip sideways and the glue will be applied outside the edges of the cloth.
[End detection disabling method]
If you do not want the glue to be stopped automatically when the end of the lower cloth is reached, you can touch the end
detection icon on the operation panel to disable end detection.
When end detection is disabled, the icon will change to .
