METER - Measuring the amount of yarn fed by KTF/RW Devices
MEASUR



METER
This function allows you to measure the amount of yarn fed by the selected device.
The value measured and displayed on SMART KTF 2000 screen is expressed in
meters up to the value 99,999, after which it will be expressed in Km.
This function also allows you to clear the counter of either one or all the connected
KTF.
When you activate this function, a real time data exchange with the selected KTF
device, occurs; this condition is signaled by the flashing of
COM led on the relevant
device.
From the MEASUR menu, press
until the >METER menu option is
selected.
At this point, press
to access the function.
NN = Number of KTF device, selectable using
, .
nnnnn.n = Amount of yarn feed by device NN.
Press
if you want to clear the counters or press to leave the function
without clearing the counters.
Press
if you want to clear the counters of all connected devices.
Press
if you want to clear the counter of the selected device only.
Press
to clear the counter of the selected device (NN).
The Mt D NN screen will automatically re-appear, allowing you to select a new
device on witch to perform the measurement.
Press once
to leave the function and return to the MEASUR Menu, or twice
to return to Main Menu.
