1.5) METR INC-DEC (Available on SMART KTF-2000 only)
This parameter allows you to automatically graduate the yarn winding tension on
the bobbin at predefined intervals of meters, rather than using external INC-DEC
signals.
In particular, this parameter defines every how many meters the yarn tension
(MAIN TENSION) must be either incremented or decremented by the fixed
amount declared with the previous parameter 1.4) TENS INC-DEC.
When reaching the TARGET defined in 1.6) METR TARGET, the automatic
graduation is reset.
This feature allows you to change the softness of the bobbins during the rewinding
process, to make the dye-works easier, and it may help to obtain perfectly shaped
bobbins.
Example:
1.1) MAIN TENSION= 10g
1.2) TENS INC-DEC= 0,1g
1.3) METR INC-DEC= +000100 m.
1.4) METR TARGET= 10000 m.
The initial tension (10g) is increased by 0.1g every 100 metres; when reaching the target (10000m) it
returns to 10g.

for – to OFF.
