Releasingthebrakes
ThismachineisequippedwithSAHR(springappliedhy-
draulicallyreleased)parkingbrakes.Hydraulicpressure
mustreleasethebrakes.Iftheenginewillnotrun,you
MUSTuseahandpumptoreleasethebrakes.
1.Removethehydraulicreservoirbreather.Connecta
vacuumpumpatthehydraulicreservoirbreather,and
holdavacuumtokeepfromlosinguid.

2.Disconnectthettings(1)atthebrakelinesandcap
thettings.Therearetwobrakelines.AT-ttingwill
berequiredforthetwolinesinordertoconnecttothe
handpump.IfaT-ttingisnotavailable,twopumps
mustbeused.

3.Connectahandpumpwiththecapacitytoreachand
maintain2275kPa(330.0psi)22.7bar(329.2psi).
4.Operatethepumpuntilthecorrectpressureis
reached,andthebrakesarereleased.
5.Checkandmaintain2275kPa(330.0psi)22.7bar
(329.2psi)maximuminthebrakelinewhenmoving
themachine.Damagetothebrakesystemcanresult
ifthepressureisreduced.
6.Movethemachinefollowingsafetyguidelinesfor
movingadisabledmachine.
7.Disconnectthehandpump.
8.Removetheplug,andreconnectthelinestothe
brakesolenoid.
9.Removethevacuumpump,ifused.
10.Tightenthereliefvalveengagementscrewsback
incarefully,andreplaceprotectivecapswithanew
caps.
