Bolt the support leg to the mount plate using 1/2 x
1-3/4 carriage bolts, lock washers, and nuts at 1. As-
semble the swathboard by attaching the rubber flap
to the left side of the swathboard using three 3/8 x
3/4 carriage bolts, 2, flat washers, and locknuts.
Tighten the hardware to hold the flap securely, but do
not overtighten as flap may be damaged.
Attach the swathboard to support leg using 1/2 x
1-1/2 carriage bolts, lock washers, and nuts at 3.
NOTE: Install all hardware with bolt heads on crop
side of swathboard to avoid catching crop.
Position the swathboard for less than 6 mm (1/4)
clearance with the end drum ribs, and rotate the disc
to check for clearance between the knife tip and
swathboard. Tighten all hardware.
NOTE: Check for swathboard clearance to knives
anytime knives are turned or replaced.
NOTE: It may be necessary to remove the swath-
board in some extreme crop conditions to prevent
crop wrappage on the end drum.

HIGH STUBBLE KIT (3-1/2 TO 5)
The high stubble kit is intended to provide a higher
cutting height for clipping pastures, or for crops
where a higher stubble height is desired. The cutting
height range is approximately 127 mm (5) at 0 de-
grees cutter bar tilt to approximately 89 mm (3-1/2)
at 10 degrees cutter bar tilt.
The high stubble kit consists of eight high skid shoes.
A high skid shoe should be installed under each disc
module; extra skid shoes may be saved as spares.
