CashDro3 comes by default with three general users (non-technical users) and one technical
user.
• General Users:
◦ User “admin”: the password of this user is the one indicated during the initial
assistant explained before. By default it has access to all the operations, except
the device configuration. It is thought to be used by the owner of the device and the
person who manages the cash.
◦ User “manager”: Has access to Operations and Consults and it is meant for the
manager or person in charge of the establishment. The password has to be
defined from from the Users Configuration by the admin user.
◦ User “user”: has access only to some Operations and Consults and is though for
the sellers that don’t have permission to withdraw money. The password must be
defined from user configuration by admin user.
• Technical user:
◦ User “Support”: the password of this user is the one indicated during initial
assistant explained before. By default it has access to the device configuration and
some options in the consults menu. It is thought to be used by the technical
personnel in charge of the device maintenance.
