Symptom One - No Solution Flow While in the Scrub Auto Solution Mode
Note: Activate the Service Test Mode Program. See the optional program section for instructions. All testing
will be performed in the Service Test Mode Program.
Remove the solution feed
hoses from solution solenoid
valves (L1 and L2) inlets.
Activate the Solution button.
Does solution dispense
?
Replace the A1
Control Board
While in the
Service Test
Mode activate
the Solution
button.Does
solution
dispense?
Test the resistance of the
L1 and L2 solenoid coils. If they
read infinity, the coil is open.
If they read 45 ohms or
less they are shorted
See Solution pump
section.
Separate the wiring
harness connectors
that feed the L1 and L2
solenoids (2 wires
BRN & RED/GRN,
YEL/GRN). Activate the
Solution button Test for
24V.
With the key on
check for 24V
(Pos.) from the
BRN L1 and L2
harness feed wires
to a (Neg.) battery
standoff
Replace the L1
and/or L2 solenoid coil if
testing shows either is
shorted or open.
Test continuity of
the (Pos.) Brn wire
from the S3 Key
Switch to the L1
And L2 solution
solenoids.
Repair or replace
defective wiring
Activate the Solution
button and check for 24V
(Neg.) from the
RED/GRN L1 and
YEL/GRN L2 harness
feed wires to a (Pos.)
battery standoff
Test continuity of
the RED/GRN and
YEL/GRN wires from
the A1 board’s J1-2
and J1-4 pin
connections to the
L1 and L2 solenoids.
Repair or
replace
the Neg.
solution
solenoid
RED/GRN
and
YEL/GRN
supply
wires.
Exit the service
test mode. Push
the drive paddle
forward. Test for
24V (Neg.) from
the Red/Blk A1
board’s J1-8 wire
to a (Pos.)
battery standoff.
Replace the A2
speed control
