Provisions for combustion and ventilation air must
be in accordance with the National Fuel Gas
Code, ANSI Z223.1, or the CAN/CSA B149
Installation Codes, or applicable provisions of the
local building codes. Failure to follow this warning
could result in personal injury or death.
The boiler must be installed such that the gas
ignition system components are protected from
water (dripping, spraying, rain, etc.) during
appliance operation and sevice. Failure to follow
this warning could result in equipment failure.
Caution
The installation must conform to the require-
ments of the authority having jurisdiction, or in
the absence of such requirements, to the
National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1 and/or
CAN/CSA B149 Installation Codes.
If an external electrical source is utilized, the boiler
when installed must be electrically bonded to
ground in accordance with the requrements of the
authority having jurisdiction, or in the absence of
such requirements with the National Electrical
Code ANSI/NFPA 70 and/or the Canadian
Electrical Code Part I CSA C22.1.
