Chapter 9 Troubleshooting
This Chapter contains troubleshooting for Vector Violet and Ultra Violet
Monitors only.
Vector Violet
Black Screen Problems
For black screen problems, try the following keyboard combinations:
Note: Connect a keyboard to Vector before using the following
combinations.
To Turn ON a VGA connected display - Ctrl+Alt+F1.
To turn ON a DVI connected display - Ctrl+Alt+F2.
To refresh a VGA or DVI display or both - Ctrl+Alt+F11.
Note: DVI monitors may need to be configured. See “Vector Violet -
Configuring a DVI Monitor” on page 5.
Ultra Violet
Main Screen Appears on 7’’ Monitor
If the main screen appears on the 7’’ display, try the following:
1. Place the Mouse on the Windows Task bar and right click.
2. From the Menu un-check
Lock the Taskbar.
