To clear patching
Example: Clear the patch assignment for channel 5 which is patched to
port 1, DMX offset 5.
1. Select channel 5.
2. Press
DIM.
3. Press
DELETE. The Delete dialog box opens.
4. Press
DELETE again. or tap DELETE in the dialog box. The command
line shows
Released when the operation is successful.
OR
1. Press
DIM.
2. Select the dimmer by pressing
1/5.
3. Ta p
CLEAR PATCH (on the Editor toolbar). The Delete dialog box
opens.
4. Ta p
DELETE.
To patch external dimmers
Example: Channel 8, patched to DMX channel 8, is a fixture with a
scroller. Patch the external dimmer number, for the scroller, to DMX
channel 108.
1. Press
DIM and select the dimmer number, 108.
2. Ta p
EXTERNAL PARAMETER.
3. Select fixture channel 8.
4. Press
STORE.
To patch channels or spots
Example: Patch channel fixture 5 to DMX address port 2 dimmer 24.
1. Press
DIM or PATCH.
2. Enter the dimmer number on the numeric keypad.
3. Press
CHANNEL and 5.
4. Press
ENTER.
OR
1. Select channel 5.
