CARBURETOR DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
● Remove the auto by starter cover.
● Loosen the 2 washer screws
● Remove the auto by starter set plate.
● Remove the auto by starter.
● Remove the auto by starter O-ring.
● Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
NOTE
•Install the auto by starter in the carburetor body after
applying grease to the starter O-ring and then tighten
firmly with set plate piece.
FLOAT CHAMBER/FLOAT/JET
DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
● Loosen the 2 float chamber screws.
INSPECTION
● Check the float valves and seats for cracks or damage.
● Check the float valve operation.
● Check the float valve level.
FLOAT LEVEL : 8mm
● Remove the main jet, needle jet holder, and needle jet,
and remove the slow jet.
● Remove the air screw, spring, washer, O-ring.
● Remove the throttle stop screw, spring, O-ring.
