CRANKSHAFT/CRANKCASE
● Place the RH. crankcase over the crankshaft and onto
the LH. crankcase.
● Install and tighten the R/L and left crankcase bolts.
TORQUE VALUE : 0.78~1.08kgf

● Install the cam chain.
● Install the cam chain tensioner slipper.
● Install the tighten the cam chain tensioner slipper bolt.
TORQUE VALUE : 0.78~1.18kgf
·
m
● Install the two dowel pins and a new gasket.
·Install the RH. crankcase squarely and do not tap it
with an iron or plastic hammer.
