4.6.3 MISSING GLUCOSE READINGS  ” AFTER
CALIBRATION UPDATE/RECALIBRATION
When you take and upload a BG fingerstick for calibration (Section 4.5), the Seven •
System checks how well it is functioning compared to the BG meter. e calibration
update process takes about 10-15 minutes. During each calibration update attempt,
the Seven System may determine that another BG reading is needed. e Calibration
Update Screen will appear again (shown below) and the Receiver will vibrate.
Clear this Screen by pressing any button. e display will return to the 1-hour Trend
•
Screen. You will see a blood drop symbol in the Status Box instead of a glucose
reading.
e blood drop symbol indicates that the Seven System requires at least one more
•
BG fingerstick reading to start displaying glucose readings and providing Alerts/
ALARMs again.
