M1.8-1 Steer pot minimum voltage level”StrMin”
This parameter is active if M2-10 Analog Input 3 configuration “AI3Cfg”” is set to 0 and if parameter M2-5
Dual motor configuration ”DMconfig”” is set to 1 or 2 or if M5.1-12 Speed limit function of steer pot “SpLimstr”
is set to 1. In this way, the AI3 is configured to work as a steer pot.
If the input is configured as Steer Pot”, this parameter sets the voltage on the Steering Pot input (“Pin
A12 Analogue AD3 -- Steer pot”), which will correspond to the minimum steering angle. By convention,
the minimum steering angle relates to the full left hand lock of the vehicle.
For tuning this parameter refer to “APPENDIX C Analogue Input tuning”.
M1.8-2 Steer pot middle point voltage level ”StrMid”
This parameter is active if M2-10 Analog Input 3 configuration “AI3Cfg”” is set to 0 and if parameter M2-5
Dual motor configuration ”DMconfig”” is set to 1 or 2 or if M5.1-12 Speed limit function of steer pot “SpLimstr”
is set to 1. In this way, the AI3 is configured to work as a steer pot.
If the input is configured as Steer Pot”, this parameter sets the voltage on the Steering Pot input (“Pin
A12 Analogue AD3 -- Steer pot”) which will correspond to 0° steering angle.
For tuning this parameter refer to “APPENDIX C Analogue Input tuning”.
M1.8-3 Steer pot maximum voltage level ”StrMax”
This parameter is active if M2-10 Analog Input 3 configuration “AI3Cfg”” is set to 0 and if parameter M2-5
Dual motor configuration ”DMconfig”” is set to 1 or 2 or if M5.1-12 Speed limit function of steer pot “SpLimstr”
is set to 1. In this way, the AI3 is configured to work as a steer pot.
If the input is configured as Steer Pot”, this parameter sets the voltage on the Steering Pot input (“Pin
A12 Analogue AD3 -- Steer pot”), which will correspond to the maximum steering angle. By convention,
the maximum steering angle relates to the full right hand lock of the vehicle.
For tuning this parameter refer to “APPENDIX C Analogue Input tuning”.
M1.8-4 Analogue Input 3 minimum voltage level “AI3 min”
This adjustment is active if “M2-10 Analog Input 3 configuration “AI3Cfg”” is set to greater than 0. In this way,
the AI3 is configured to work as an analogue torque or speed limit.
If the input is configured as “Analogue torque limit” (“M2-10 Analog Input 3 configuration “AI3Cfg”
set to 1), this sets the voltage on the analogue input 3 that will correspond to 0% drive torque limit.
If the input is configured as “Analogue speed limit” (“M2-10 Analog Input 3 configuration “AI3Cfg”
set to 2 or 3), this sets the voltage on the analogue input 3 that will correspond to 0 rpm speed limit.
For tuning this parameter refer to “APPENDIX C Analogue Input tuning”.
