LOADER PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHART
Maintenance performed on a regular schedule is preventive maintenance. Normal maintenance intervals are based on an
8-hour day and average operating conditions. Severe use or adverse conditions make it necessary to do this maintenance
more frequently.
See the Loader Lubrication Guide or the lubrication
decal on the lift arm.
Check for damage, worn, or leaking hoses, tubes or
fittings. Replace as necessary. NOTE: Do not replace
steel tubes with hoses.
Check Lift Body Mount
Base Bolts
Inspect the bolts clamping the arm to the main pivot boss
for looseness or damage. Replace if damaged.
Grabber Assembly with Belt
Inspect belt condition for wear, cuts or damage. Replace
if present.
Check for tears, wear or holes. Replace if present.
Inspect for damage/wear. Replace if present.
Check wear pads for excessive wear. Replace if present.

values.
