Check PTO Coil for
proper voltage. When
pump switch is on, is
voltage present?

Electrical
Check standby pressure
at body valve. Is
standby pressure at
400-500 PSI?
No
Yes
Troubleshoot
Pump
Put unit
back into
service
No
Yes
Is standby
pressure 0-
100 PSI?
No
Yes
Standby pressure
between 100-
400
PSI?
Adjust standby
pressure to 400-
500
PSI. Did it achieve
400-500 PSI?
No
Yes
Check cycle times
correct with
spec?
Yes
No
Troubleshoot
main body
valve
Put unit back
into service
With pump switch on and
proper voltage on PTO coil,
check pilot pressure on pilot
line from transmission to
PTO. Is pressure below 230
PSI?
No
Yes
Pressure between
230-295 PSI?
Good
engagement
pressure. If
not,
change failed
PTO
PTO request off.
Troubleshoot
transmission or
engagement request
from ECU.
