• Adjusting the merge timing
When the paper from the hand marry and paper from the collator do not align, adjust the merge timing
by performing the following procedures:
Paper feed direction
Paper from hand marry Paper from collator
Paper from hand marry is late. Paper is aligned.
Paper feed direction
Paper feed direction
Paper from hand marry is early.
When the paper from the hand marry is late
Touch “+” of Timing to quicken the merge tim-
ing.
When paper from the hand marry is early
Touch “–” of Timing to delay the merge timing.
