29. AGREEMENT
协议
29.1 This Agreement (and any associated order form or other agreements referenced herein) constitutes the entire and exclusive
agreement between you and Eaton with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersedes and replaces any
other prior or contemporaneous agreements, or terms and conditions applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement. No
provisions in your purchase orders, or in any other business forms employed by you, will supersede the terms and conditions of
this Agreement.
本协议（以及任何相关的订单表格或本协议中提及的其他协议）构成您与伊顿之间关于本协议标的物的完整的和排他性的协
议，并取代和替代任何其他先前或同期的协议或适用于本协议标的物的条款和条件。您的采购订单或您采用的任何其他商业形

30. LANGUAGE
语言
This Agreement is made in English and Chinese. If there is any inconsistency, misunderstanding, discrepancy or conflict between
English and Chinese language, English language shall prevail.
本协议以英文和中文书写。 如果英文和中文之间有任何不一致、误解、差异或冲突，以英文为准。
