EATON CORPORATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 93PR 15-80KW UPS

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the Contracting Entity (as defined below).
For the purposes of this Agreement, any reference to “Eaton” shall include the Contracting Entity, its holding company, its affiliates and
subsidiaries. This Agreement, and any other terms or conditions notified to you, governs your access to and use of 93PR 15-80UPS (the
“Product Software”).
本最终用户许可协议（“本协议”）为您和缔约主体（定义见下文）之间的法律协议。 为本协议之目的，凡提及“伊顿”应包括缔约主体、
其控股公司、其关联公司和子公司。本协议以及通知给您的任何其他条款或条件约束您对[93PR15-80kW UPS]（“产品软件”）的访问和使
用。
Your use of the Product Software is subject to the terms of this Agreement as set out below and any other terms or conditions of the Product
Software which may be notified to you from time to time.
您对产品软件的使用受限于本协议的下述条款，以及我们可能不时通知您的关于产品软件的任何其他条款或条件。
By using the Product Software, you agree to us collecting and using anonymised technical information about the devices you use the Product
Software on and related software, hardware and peripherals to improve our products and to provide any services to you.
您使用产品软件，即表示您同意我们收集并使用关于您使用产品软件的设备以及相关软件、硬件和外围设备的匿名技术信息，以改进我们的产
品并向您提供服务。
By using the Product Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Your right to use the Product Software is expressly conditioned on
acceptance of this Agreement.

China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone] (the “Contracting Entity”).
