3) Check procedure
(1) Board Name: XR7-Mio Board
(2) Functions: Controlling generator including Tube Stator movement.
(3) Under the tube stator trouble, check tube stator wiring condition and then check XR7-Mio Board and
check points are as follows;

How to maintain
1. Check the cable connection between
HFG and X-ray tube.
2. Check the Connector (P901) and
voltage on it -- 230VAC is normal
3. Check the Fuse (F901, F701).
4. Measure the voltage output between
Test point (TP109) and Test point
(TP105) Normal: 0.5VDC. (Check
voltage in pushing Ready button)
5. If above voltage is abnormal (TP105),
adjust VR701 to fix it at 0.5VDC.
6. Measure the voltage between Test
point (TP109) and Test point (TP106).
0.5VDC is normal.
(Check voltage in pushing Ready
button)
7. In case the voltage output (TP106) is
abnormal, adjust VR702 to fix it at
0.5VDC.
No Ready lamp
light on of console
If you still have
the same problem
(No LED light ON
with Ready)
Provide main power to generator
and Power ON at console
Press ‘Ready’ button on OP
console.
Ready lamp lightening of
