10.3 Filter Setup
Select Filter on the System Setup screen, and then press Enter to open the Filter Setup window.

Item Description
AC Filter
Choose from: On or Off
NOTE: AC frequency can be set to 50Hz or 60Hz on the Advanced
Setup screen according to local mains supply
specifications.
DFT Filter
DFT Filter greatly reduces the baseline fluctuations without affecting the
ECG signals. The purpose of this filter is to keep the ECG signals on the
baseline of the printout.
Choose from: 0.05Hz, 0.15Hz, 0.25Hz, 0.32Hz, 0.5Hz or 0.67Hz
(The set value is the low limit of the frequency range.)
EMG Filter
EMG Filter suppresses disturbance caused by strong muscle tremor.
Choose from: 25Hz, 35Hz, 45Hz or Off
The cutoff frequency can be set to 25Hz, 35Hz or 45Hz.
Select Off to turn off the function.
Lowpass Filter
Lowpass Filter restricts the bandwidth of input signals.
The cutoff frequency can be set to 150Hz, 100Hz or 75Hz.
All the input signals whose frequency is higher than the set cutoff
frequency will be attenuated.
NOTE: Only when EMG Filter is set to Off, can the setting of
Lowpass Filter be effective.
