  If the Elmo Document Camera displays no image, ensure the AC adapter and power cable are correctly connected. Also, check that the battery is charged. Verify the zoom settings aren't set to TELE, displaying only a white or black area. If you've just turned the power off and on, wait a few seconds before restarting. Confirm the output cable is connected and the output setting matches the cable. Make sure the display monitor is on and the input source is correctly set. If the issue persists, try resetting the product using the Reset button.
