3. Verify memory is allocated to read cache and write cache. Figure 182 on page 311
shows values for read and write cache that may represent acceptable initial values
for a system. Increase these values as the number of hosts and applications grows.
Note: Do not change the cache settings of an existing array without the customer’s
permission.
The CLARiiON documentation provides information for recommended read and
write cache settings.
4. On the Cache tab, verify that the Read Cache and Write Cache checkboxes are
selected.
