Potential electrostatic charging hazard: to prevent the risk of electrostatic sparking, the
surface of the glass-filled nylon (plastic) enclosure should only be cleaned with a damp
cloth. Do not directly install in any process where its enclosure might be charged by the
rapid flow of non-conductive media.
The aluminum alloy (metal) enclosure presents a risk of ignition due to impact and shall be
taken into consideration during installation and use.
Refer to the housing label to identify the approvals for your transmitter.
