Appendix C
Printing From AutoCAD
216
Once you are back
to the Print/Plot
Configuration
window there are
several choices
available for
printing.
Insure your Plot
Area matches your
Piece Size that was
set in the print
driver. If you set
your page size in
AutoCAD and your
Piece Size in the print driver to 32 x 20, AutoCAD will impose a 0.07 inch border
around the page causing the actual print area to be displayed as 31.93 x 19.93. This
0.07-inch offset causes minor confusion, but AutoCAD does not provide a way
around it.
Set Additional
Parameters to
Limits, then select
Full and click on
Preview to insure
your image is
properly placed.
The image on the
right is the Preview
page.
If everything looks
good, press the
Enter key on your
keyboard, then click OK and your job will print to the laser.
