Laser Setup
1. From the Legend's LED menu: OPTIONS | NETWORKING and set the
display to the following:
IP Address 192 168 3 4 (The IP Address can be almost any number)
Subnet Mask 255 255 255 0
Gateway Address 0 0 0 0
2. Press ENTER on the keypad
3. Press OPTIONS | SAVE SETTINGS and press ENTER on the keypad
4. Reboot the Legend: SERVICE | REBOOT
Computer TPC/IP Setup
Settings on the computer running XP/2000: If at any point in the following
process, if the computer suggests rebooting, do it and then continue.
1. From the Start menu at the
bottom of your screen select
START | CONTROL PANEL |
NETWORK CONNECTIONS
2. Double click on LOCAL
AREA CONNECTION. The
following window will appear.
3. Highlight INTERNET
PROTOCOL (TCP/IP). As
shown on the right.
4. Then click on the
PROPERTIES button.
