 HARNESS ASSY REGI SNR
 HARNESS ASSY R SIDE
 REGI SENSOR
 PWBA MCU
Step Check Yes No
1
Check the connection of the REGI SENSOR
Check the connection state between REGI
SENSOR and PWBA MCU.
Are P/J23, P/J232, and P/J2322 connected
correctly?
Go to Step [2]. Reconnect P/J23,
P/J232, and
P/J2322 correctly.
2
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
REGI SNR
Is the continuity between P/J232 <=> P/J2322
normal?
Go to Step [3]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY REGI
SNR.
3
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
R SIDE
Is the continuity between P/J23 <=> P/J232
normal
?
Go to Step [4]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY R SIDE.
4
Check the power voltage supply to the REGI
SENSOR
Measure the voltage between PWBA MCU
ground <=> P/J23-8PIN.
Is the power voltage (approx. +3.3 V) output?
Go to Step [5]. Replace the
PWBA MCU.
(p.343)
5
Check the operation of the REGI SENSOR
Measure the voltage between PWBA MCU
ground <=> P/J23-10PIN.
Does the voltage change when the REGI
SENSOR is shielded from light?
Replace the
PWBA MCU.
(p.343)
Replace the REGI
SENSOR.
(p.253)
 SOLENOID FEED MSI
 HARNESS ASSY R SIDE
 PWBA MCU
Step Check Yes No
1
Check the connection of the SOLENOID
FEED MSI
Check the connection state between
SOLENOID FEED MSI and PWBA MCU.
Are P/J23 and P/J256 connected correctly?
Go to Step [2]. Reconnect P/J23
and P/J256
correctly.
2
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
R SIDE
Is the continuity between P/J23 <=> P/J256
normal
?
Go to Step [3]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY R SIDE.
3
Check the power voltage supply to
SOLENOID FEED MSI
1. Close the interlock switch (HARNESS
ASSY INTERLOCK) before performing
the following work.
2. Measure the voltage between PWBA
MCU ground <=> P/J23-17PIN.
Is the power voltage (approx. +24 V) output?
Replace the
SOLENOID
FEED MSI.
(p.226)
Replace the
PWBA MCU.
(p.343)
