Is there any foreign material, deformation, or
dirt on the path?
Clean or replace
the part.
Go to Step [2].

Are the Paper Feed Rollers (ROLL ASSY
FEED MSI/ROLL ASSY RETARD/ROLL
ASSY TURN) installed correctly?
Go to Step [3]. Reinstall the
rollers correctly.

Check the Paper Feed Rollers
Are the Paper Feed Rollers (ROLL ASSY
FEED MSI/ROLL ASSY RETARD/ROLL
ASSY TURN) worn?
Replace the
rollers.
Go to Step [4].
