Possible parts that caused the error
Troubleshooting
CLUTCH ASSY FEED OPT
HARNESS ASSY C2 CHUTE
HARNESS ASSY FDR UNIT
HARNESS ASSY R SIDE
PWBA FEED-H
PWBA MCU
Step Check Yes No
1
Check the connection of the CLUTCH ASSY
FEED OPT
Check the connection state between CLUTCH
ASSY FEED OPT and PWBA FEED-H.
Are P/J421 and P/J4213 connected correctly?
Go to Step [2]. Reconnect P/J421
and P/J4213
correctly.
2
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
C2 CHUTE
Is the continuity between P/J421 <=> P/J4213
normal?
Go to Step [3]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY C2
CHUTE.
3
Check the power voltage supply to CLUTCH
ASSY FEED OPT
1. Close the interlock switch (HARNESS
ASSY INTERLOCK) before performing
the following work.
2. Measure the voltage between PWBA
FEED-H ground <=> P/J421-1PIN.
Is the power voltage (approx. +24 V) output?
Replace the
CLUTCH ASSY
FEED OPT.
(p.370)
Go to Step [4].
4
Check the connection between PWBA
FEED-H and PWBA MCU
Check the connection state between PWBA
FEED-H and PWBA MCU.
Are P/J419, P/J273, and P/J27 connected
correctly?
Go to Step [5]. Reconnect
P/J419, P/J273,
and P/J27
correctly.
5
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
FDR UNIT
Is the continuity between P/J419 <=> P/J273
normal?
Go to Step [6]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY FDR
UNIT.
Step Check Yes No
6
Check the continuity of the HARNESS ASSY
R SIDE
Is the continuity between P/J27 <=> P/J273
normal
?
Go to Step [7]. Replace the
HARNESS
ASSY R SIDE.
7
Check the power voltage supply to PWBA
FEED-H
1. Close the interlock switch (HARNESS
ASSY INTERLOCK) before performing
the following work.
2. Measure the voltage between PWBA
MCU ground <=> P/J27-B4, B5PIN.
Is the power voltage (approx. +24 V) output?
Replace the
PWBA FEED-H.
(p.370)
Replace the
PWBA MCU.
(p.343)
