FUSER UNIT
Be careful not to burn yourself as the FUSER section remains at high temperature after
turning the power off.
1. Open the CHUTE DUP GATE.
2. Rotate the levers on the left and right side of the FUSER UNIT as shown in the direction of the
arrow, and unlock the lock.
3. Slide the FUSER UNIT toward front of the printer, release the connector and the guide pin from the
main unit, and remove the FUSER UNIT by lifting it straight up.

CHUTE DUP GATE

1. Open the CHUTE DUP GATE to 45° and pull out the guide pin on the right side of the CHUTE DUP
GATE from the main unit.
2. Pull out the guide pin on the left side of the CHUTE DUP GATE from the main unit, and remove the
CHUTE DUP GATE.
