CLUTCH DUP
1. Disconnect the connector (P/J431) of the CLUTCH DUP on the PWBA DUP-H.
2. Loosen the two clamps that secure the harness of the CLUTCH DUP to the FEEDER ASSY DUP,
and release the harness from the groove.
3. Remove the three screws (silver, self-tapping, 10 mm) that secure the GEAR ASSY to the
BRACKET CLUTCH DUP.
Be careful not to drop the BEARING.
4. Remove the GEAR ASSY from the BRACKET CLUTCH DUP.
5. Remove the BEARING from the shaft of the ROLL ASSY DUP-1.
6. Remove the E-ring that secures the CLUTCH DUP to the ROLL ASSY DUP-1.
7. Remove the CLUTCH DUP while pulling out the harness of the CLUTCH DUP from the hole on the
side of the FEEDER ASSY DUP.

ROLL ASSY DUP-1
1. Remove the SPRING DUP from the BRACKET CLUTCH DUP.
2. Remove the two screws (silver, self-tapping, 10 mm) that secure the BRACKET CLUTCH DUP to
the FEEDER ASSY DUP, and remove the BRACKET CLUTCH DUP together with the WASHER
DUP CLUTCH.
3. Remove the BRACKET CLUTCH DUP from the FEEDER ASSY DUP.
