1.2.6.1 Continuous paper (single sheet)
Notes: 1. Punch-hole diameter should be less than 5 mm.
2. When using pre-printed paper, the reflectivity of the pre-
printed color should be less than 60% (e.g., black). The
shaded area should not be pre-printed as shown in Figure 1-9.
Pre-printed paper (continuous Forms) (p.16), and that area
should not have punch holes.
