Caution: Do not load the following types of originals directly in the product, or they may be damaged or
may damage the product:
• Photos
• Originals that are bound
• Passports
• Thermal paper
• Fabric or other non-paper originals
• Originals containing staples or paper clips
• Originals with wet ink or glue
• Ripped originals
• Heavily wrinkled or curled originals
• Originals with holes on the bottom of them
• Transparencies
• Originals with carbon paper backing
• Originals with sticky notes attached
• Glossy originals
Note: Photos scanned using a document scanner may not have the same color depth as the original.
Use a flatbed photo scanner to achieve the best color reproduction of photos.
