4.2.4 Main Board Unit
1.
Remove the Panel Assy. (p.80)
2.
Remove the Scanner Unit. (p.83)
3. Remove the ground screw from the Pressure Pump Assy.
(See Figure 4-7)
4. Disconnect all the connectors connected to the Main Board Unit.
5. Remove all the screws securing the Main Board Unit.
6. Lift the Main Board Unit and remove it from the printer.
7. Remove the screws (1+6) securing the M/B Upper Shield Plate.
8. Remove the screws (1+4) securing the Main Board.

section and back up the data in EEPROM before starting
disassembly, if possible.

here. You can start the procedure for removing any other
subsequent unit. However, if the Main Board is to be replaced,
follow the steps described below to complete the removal
procedure for the Main Board.
